Harewood Living has built city-centre apartment schemes across Greater Manchester since 1998, funded largely through senior debt from two clearing banks rather than off-plan deposits.
We reviewed the last nine Harewood completions before agreeing to represent their stock. Eight handed over inside the published quarter; one slipped by eleven weeks following a contractor insolvency that Harewood absorbed at its own cost.
