2006
Founded in Manchester. First scheme, Ardwick Works, acquired.
2010
First Salford scheme delivered at Chapel Wharf North.
2013
First London acquisition at Bermondsey Row.
2016
In-house lettings arm established.
2019
£100m of GDV delivered in a single year for the first time.
2022
Overseas investor desk opened, serving 42 countries.
2024
Thirtieth scheme completed. Occupancy across managed stock at 98%.
2026
36 schemes delivered. £1.2bn of GDV completed since founding.

Founded the business in 2006 with a single 24-apartment conversion in Ardwick. Has led every scheme since through the in-house development team.
Priya Raman
Development Director
Twenty-two years in residential development, previously delivering large-scale regeneration across Greater Manchester. Runs programme and contractor performance.
Marcus Bell
Investment Director
Leads investor relations across the UK, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Responsible for the accuracy of every projection we publish.
Eleanor Voss
Head of Lettings
Built the in-house lettings arm from a single Salford building to a managed portfolio of more than 1,400 units.
